The trench coat with removable faux fur collar like the first one is a great choice for elegant ladies, whilst the plaid one is more suitable for casual chic outfits.

The lapel short overcoat is perfect to integrate in an office style outfit. I love how the silver zippers contrast o beautifully with the black and add interest.

What to wear for the Freshman Ball

Since prom is a long way ahead, in my country we have the Freshman Ball. It takes place somewhere in November-December and it's more than just a simple dance. A comitee picks a number of freshmen to participate in an anual Mister & Miss competition, whici is arguably the highlight of the event.

Participants (in pairs) will compete in challenges and must wow the judges and the crowd in order to get crowned Miss & Mister Freshman. The challenge I'd like to talk about in detail is the Evening attire, in which the girls must wear beautiful evening dresses. Since I participated in my youth in this competition, I know how hard it can be to find that perfect dress, so I am here to help.

I will always be attracted to red gowns, especially ones that as beautiful as the dress in the picture above. The crystals detailing the waist, the rich color and the sweep train make this a classic choice, one that will never get out of style.

Am fost tare încântată când am probat-o, îmi vine perfect iar culoarea închisă e atât de potrivită pentru acest sezon toamnă/iarnă. Buzunarele sunt preferatele mele, așa cum se poate vedea din poze.
Am ales să o combin cu noile ghetuțe Romwe, care îmi plac la nebunie și gulerașul îmblănit pentru a-i da ținutei o notă plină de farmec.
M-a inspirat Diana Cătănoaia de la blogul Un strop de culoare pentru acest shooting în pădure, ea are niște poze extraordinare în acest cadru.

ENG: Denim is all the rage now and I decided to embrace this trend with a denim dress from Be You, a romanian online clothing store. I love the design of it and especially the pockets, they are definitely my favorite part!
I paired it with my new Romwe booties and a faux fur collar, to give the outfit a glam touch.
