Halloween special: Blossom (The PowerPuff Girls)

RO: După Crăciun, Halloweenul e sărbătoarea mea preferată. Motivul? Costumațiile bineînțeles! De 3 ani de zile, perioada asta scoate latura creativă din mine și iubesc asta!
Așa cum puteți vedea, am ales să mă costumez într-un personaj al copilăriei tuturor, Blossom din Fetițele Powerpuff. Dintotdeauna a fost preferata mea, iar asta vară când am văzut aceste lentile roz, am știut că în asta mă voi costuma. Rochia o aveam de ceva ani prin dulap, iar restul "costumului" a fost ușor de improvizat.

ENG: I love Halloween! It is my favorite holiday, after Christmas of course. If you guys remember, last year I was Catwoman (click to see that post), a sexy character, and this year I wanted to be someone cute. In my opinion, The PowerPuff Girls are the cutest ever, and since my favorite has always been Blossom, why not dress as her? I already had the dress in my closet for some years now, and when Maple Lens generously provided the pink contacts, the rest of my costume was easy to improvise.
A big thank you to the girls at Iasi Fashion Street for taking these pictures.

RO: Weekendul acesta am ieșit la pozat cu fetele de la Iași Fashion Street și am avut parte de o vreme atât de însorită și minunată. Trebuie să îi mulțumesc Caterinei pentru pozele din postarea asta, îmi plac atât de mult!
Paltonul nu e tocmai nou, îl am din toamna trecută și nu cred că voi renunța prea curând la el. Blugii rupți în genunchi au fost în wishlist-ul meu de ceva timp și când nu am găsit în magazine perechea perfectă, m-am decis să îi fac singură. Nu a fost deloc greu, ba chiar a fost distractiv, și îmi place mult cum au ieșit, cu siguranță scot din anonimat orice ținută.

ENG: The weather this weekend was wonderful and, of course, I couldn't stay indoors. I met with fellow bloggers Caterina and Andreea from Iasi Fashion Street for a little photoshoot.
I love how my DIY project for these jeans turned out! I had been searching for the perfect ripped knee jeans and when I didn't find anything that appealed to me, I decided to make my own. Couldn't be happier with the result, they are just what I wanted to spice up my wardrobe.

Fall casual outfit | Gri metalizat

RO: Recunosc că această ținută ar fi trebuit fotografiată într-un mediu mai urban, dar după ce am văzut acest locșor uitat de lume, înconjurat de plante agățătoare, în culorile specifice toamnei, parcă nici o locație nu mă mai atrăgea.
Nu pot spune, însă, același lucru și despre noul meu tricou gri metalizat. Culoarea (care e probabil culoarea cea mai șic a acestei toamne) și mesajul ('there is a star with YOUR NAME') sunt perfecte.
Ziua în care am făcut pozele a fost o zi plină și am știut din start că vreau o ținută lejeră, în care să mă mișc ușor și să arăt bine. Așa că am ales acești pantaloni marca ZARA de la Kurtmann, iar în picioare mi-am pus noile ghetuțe pe care le ador!

P.S. - un prieten mi-a spus că acest stil, pe care îl consideră mult prea casual, nu mi s-ar potrivi, voi ce credeți?

ENG: I am aware that this outfit would have looked better in a more urban setting, but after discovering this abandoned place, surrounded by beautiful plants, no other location satisfied my taste.
I really love my new Pull&Bear t-shirt from Kurtmann, everything about it is lovely; from it's metallic gray color (so in trend right now), to the subtle sparkles in the material and the printed message ('there is a star with YOUR NAME').
As for my bottoms, I knew I would be running errands all day so I wanted something comfy, warm and good looking; these pants areeverything I listed and more. Paired with my awesome new boots, I was ready for a long day.

P.S. - a friend of mine told me that this outfit is 'way simpler and common than your previous outfits, it's not you'. What do you guys think? Be sure to let me know in the comment section below. Hugs~

Military chic | Fusta cu print militar

RO: Cum stilul militar este din nou la modă (cum e, de altfel, în fiecare toamnă), am zis că ar fi momentul să îmi scot fustița din dulap. Fustă pe care o am din clasa a 7-a. Da, ați citit bine, clasa a 7-a; adică de vreo 11 ani. Și sunt foarte uimită și mândră de mine că încă îmi vine. Bineînțeles, când aveam 13 ani nu arăta așa pe mine, nu aveam șoldurile pe care le am azi, dar la talie stătea cam la fel.
Mereu mi s-a părut că bereta asta ar merge unei ținute militărești, la fel și cizmulițele.

ENG: Can you believe I have this skirt since I was in 7th grade? 11 years and it still fits me perfectly! And since the military style is once again in the fashion radar, what better time to wear it?
I always though this cute beret would work perfectly in a military inspired outfit and it does! So do these boots.
